Dataroll Ltd has been established for over 30 years pioneering and developing polyurethane, rubber and silicone and engineering plastics systems for a diverse range of industries and applications.

We provide a complete range of MDI, TDI, Polyether, Polyester Polyurethane systems. These yield a series of products whose hardness ranges from 20° A Shore to 80° D Shore i.e. from the very soft to very hard, and in any colour you want. Some systems also have FDA food grade approval.

We also provide a comprehensive service for rubber, engineering plastics and associated products. This comprises many different materials: commercial rubber; neoprene, shotblast, nitrile and food quality rubbers. These may be supplied as sheets, gaskets, strip, sponge, rollers and matting. Our engineering plastics range includes Polycarbonate, Acrylics, PVC and machining plastics nylon, Acetal, polyurethane and UHMW.

There is an experienced engineering team dedicated to providing the best possible customer service, whether it is a technical query, quotation or manufacturing. We can provide the complete service from initial concept through material specification, tooling and onto the finished product, manufactured in our purpose built factory.

The company operates quality systems to ISO9000 and we specialise in producing cost effective products whether it's for a one off or for a large production batch of thousands. Excellent in-house facilities for component preparation ensure high strength and integrity bonding of the product to polyurethane.

We can produce most sizes ranging from just a few millimetres up to 2 metres long and 360 millimetres diameter. With an extensive range of moulds, tooling costs can be extremely low and can be tailored to specific projects.
