Dataroll produce a wide range of products, some of which are detailed below.

Most products are produced by casting a two part curing system and are either precision cast to size or machined to final size. Hardnesses range from 3 to 70° A Shore for Silicone and 20° A to 80° D for polyurethane.

The moulds used to produce the castings are low cost ranging from temporary, low volume moulds to more intricate aluminium dies. Indeed in some cases it is possible to produce replicas from original components, retaining all of the original detail. In other instances it is possible to produce components by utilising our extensive database of tooling acquired over our long history, thus minimising cost. This, together with our extensive range of high precision machining results in cost effective solutions, absolutely smooth rollers with precise roundness and an excellent surface.
